Your platform fee pays for the Paymonei software: invoice creation, PDF generation, payment links, subscription billing, dunning automation, webhook delivery, and the AR dashboard. It is a flat monthly fee, the same regardless of how many invoices you send or what payment methods your clients use.
Your client pays the invoice amount. Card and bank transfer payments carry standard network processing fees set by card schemes (Visa, Mastercard), stablecoin payments (USDC/USDT) and banking infrastructure. These are deducted from your settlement, not added on top for your client.
No setup fees, no contracts. Starter is free indefinitely. Core and Growth are month-to-month with no minimum commitment. You can cancel or change plans at any time.
Paymonei supports multi-currency invoice creation and payment link generation across 150+ countries. Paymonei does not provide services to jurisdictions subject to applicable sanctions programmes, including those maintained by OFAC (US), UN Security Council, EU, or equivalent authorities. Use of Paymonei in sanctioned jurisdictions is prohibited.
Yes. Merchants can enable USDC and USDT as payment options on any invoice or payment page. Stablecoin payment acceptance is subject to jurisdiction availability and may not be available in all regions.
Merchants with a verified account and consistent invoice activity may become eligible for working capital introductions through licensed lending partners. This is an opt-in referral.
